8+ years of substantive legal experience in one or more relevant practice areas
A background in private client work, corporate, real estate, tax, trusts and estates, or family office advisory
Strong interpersonal skills and a relationship-first approach to client service
Interest in building ongoing advisory relationships — not just transactional engagements
Current bar admission in good standing
Professional liability (malpractice) insurance, currently in force or obtainable prior to placement
